Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

• Responsibility: Luna Nova Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery inquiries.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
